ISRO and Russian satellites come within 224 meters of each other: Dangerous?
The Indian satellite, Cartosat 2F, weigh over 700 kg and approached Russia's Kanopus-V spacecraft at 1.49 UTC, according to the Russian Space Agency. Roscosmos has said that the minimum distance between both Russian and foreign satellite was 224 meters.
