Canada extends ban on passenger flights from India till June 21

The government of Canada has extended the current flight ban from India and Pakistan till June 21. The Canadian Transport Minister Omar Alghabra made the announcement on Friday (May 21, 2021). Alghabra said that the decision of extending the flight ban was taken as part of a campaign to fight COVID-19.

Now Netherlands suspends flights from India till May 1 amid COVID-19 surge

In view of the rising COVID-19 cases in the country, the Government of Netherlands has now suspended flights from India. Dutch Aviation Ministry said in a statement on Sunday (April 25, 2021) that it had suspended all flights coming from India, effective April 26 and until further notice.
