This man from Kota lives with 75 pins inside his body, doctors in a fix

New Delhi: In a strange medical case, about 75 pins and needles were found lodged inside the body of a 56-year-old man, leaving the doctors treating him stunned.

The patient, Badrilal Meena, from Kota in Northern India, went to the hospital for a surgery on his toe. However, doctors discovered pins needles in his foot before finding more in his other parts of the body.

X-ray reports revealed Meena had 40 pins inserted inside his throat, 25 in his right leg and two in both of the arms.

While both the patient and his family have no clue how the needles got inside his body, reports suggest that the pins were clearly inserted deliberately, according to medics.

Reportedly, the patient, who works for a local railway company, is currently in a bed in Mumbai's railway hospital.
