Start of by roasting peanuts on low flame and keep stirring.
Keep roasting the peanuts until they get crunchy.
Once the peanuts are roasted well, let the peanuts cool to room temperature.
After removing the shell, add the peanuts in a blender with jaggery powder.
Blend the ingredients for a few seconds and then stop. Check the consistency. Continue in the same way till you achieve proper laddu consistency.
Now grease you hands with ghee and shape your laddu in round shape.
Serve it warm or store it in a jar.
