Ingredients:

Sprouted moong beans, chopped onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander, chilli powder, chat masala, lemon juice, boiled potato.

Steam or boil the sprouted moong beans and let them cool.

Take a large bowl and mix the steamed moong beans with chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, and boiled potato cubes.
