Start of by mixing whole wheat flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder and a pich of salt in a pan.
Using a grater, grate the zest from one medium orange and keep aside.
Line a muffin tray or pan with muffin liners and preheat your oven 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
To prepare the orange juice mixture, in a pan add raw sugar, regular oil, mix them and keep it aside.
Now in a blender, blend oranges into juice and remove the seeds. Add the orange juice into the oil mixture.
Now to prepare the muffin bater mix the dry ingredients into the orange juice bater and whisk it well.
Now place the bater in the muffin liners and bake them at 180 degree Celsius for about 25 minutes until the muffins turn soft.
