Tired of Eating Regular Papaya Sabzi? Try This 7 Step Papaya Halwa

1.)

Heat 2 to 3 tablespoon ghee or oil in a pan and add 1 medium chopped ripe papaya. Stir on low heat for about 14 to 15 minutes.

The moment papaya release it's juices, add sugar according to taste and cook for 10 minutes.

Mash the papaya mix and keep stirring until the mix thickens.

4.)

After the papaya mix starts to thicken, add 2 tablespoons almond powder and half teaspoon cardamom powder for binding the mixture.

5.)

Cook for more 5 minutes on low heat till the halwa comes together.

6.)

Add finely chopped nuts like almonds, pistachios and cashews.

7.)

Serve your papaya halwa warm and hot.
