Rice:

Reheating of rice and consuming can probably cause food poisoning, as heating it can cause bacterial growth.

Seafood:

If you eat reheated seafood it can have an odour smell and can also cause bacterial growth.

Chicken:

You should not reheat chicken as then it's not easy to chew properly which causes indigestion too. And even if you want to reheat, make sure that it's heated from every corner.

Mushrooms:

People like mushrooms in winter and feel that they can restore and reheat the sauteed mushrooms, but reheating them can cause stomach upset or digestion issues.

Potatoes:

It’s not a good idea to reheat potatoes even if kept at room temperature for too long as they can develop harmful bacteria.

Eggs:

If you reheat eggs it can affect their taste, texture & nutrition and can also make their texture rubber-like.

Spinach & leafy green vegetables: Reheating leafy vegetables can produce harmful nitrites which can increase the risk of cancer too.
