Take 2-3 Guavas wash it and peel it and then cut it into 2 pieces.
In a blender jar add those cut guavas, coriander leaves & green chilies according to the spiciness required and then blend it.
In the blended mixture add squeezed lemon or add 1 tablespoon of tamarind pulp, this will add tanginess to the chutney.
Then add other seasonings like salt, black pepper, and a pinch of roasted cumin seeds.
Add a little jaggery according to the mixture for a balanced sweet and spicy taste.
Then grind it properly with a grinder for required consistency, and add water if needed.
Your finger-licking guava chutney is ready, enjoy it with parathas or snacks.
