Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Spring Onion, Mushroom, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Sweet Corn, Bell Pepper, Soy Sauce, Salt & Pepper, Vegetable Stock Cube, Spinach and Butter
First step is to wash all the vegetables properly and finely chop all the vegetables and mince the garlic.
Now take a huge pan and add some butter in it and then add the minced garlic along with ginger.
And then add all the chopped vegetables in the pan along with boiled sweet corn and sauté it for a few minutes.
Now add the seasonings according to your taste along with soy sauce and toss it properly.
Now add a lot of water along with a vegetable stock cube and spinach and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Your delicious vegetable soup is now ready, serve hot and garnish it with spring onion.
