Take a pan and then heat milk in it until it comes to a rolling boil and then simmer it for 2-3 minutes.
Now turn off the gas and let it cool until it’s warm, touch it with a finger and see if you can touch it, if yes then it's the perfect temperature for milk.
In a bowl add 1-2 tablespoons of curd with a small amount of warm milk, so that they blend completely.
Now add the prepared curd mixture to the warm milk and stir it gently so that it evenly distributes in the milk.
Now cover the bowl and let it rest in a place where no one touches it for at least 6-8 hours.
After keeping it aside for hours now check if it's thick and firm but if it's runny let it set for more hours.
Now refrigerate it for 1-2 hours to stop further fermentation and enjoy homemade curd with various dishes.
