Bread, Butter, Milk, Sugar, Cornstarch, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon Powder, Chopped Nuts
First step is to preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Now grease a pan dish with butter.
Now take bread slices and spread butter on it and cut them into slices and arrange them in the baking dish.
Now take a pan and heat some milk along with sugar and in a small bowl mix cornstarch with a little milk to form a smooth paste and add this in a warm milk.
Now turn off the stove and add vanilla extract and cinnamon powder and mix it properly.
Now pour the mixture on the bread slices until it absorbs it properly and now sprinkle the chopped nuts on it.
Place the prepared dish in the oven and bake it for 32-35 minutes until it’s golden.
Your delicious eggless bread and butter pudding is now ready, serve and enjoy.
