In a bowl, mix coconut, almond flour, beetroot powder, and erythritol.
Add the coconut butter and water, then mix everything together until it’s crumbly.
Add in the chocolate chips and mix them with other ingredients.
Place baking paper in a loaf tin.
Put the mixture in the tin and try spreading it out evenly.
Put the tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours to set.
Once the chocolate firms up, cut it into small bars and serve it!
