Corn Pakora

Nothing says Sunday is a fun day more than pakoras served with tea. Prepare crispy corn pakoras along with a few vegetable fritters and enjoy.

Sabudana Vada

You can also make healthy sabudana vada on Sunday. It is a perfect recipe for brunch and pairs well with green chutney.

Onion Rings

Slice onions in concentric rings and dip each in a spiced gram flour batter. Deep-fry these and serve with spicy sauce.

Potato Wedges

Grate potatoes and combine them with a few spices and cornstarch. Make small wedges and deep-fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Spring Rolls

Buy thin spring roll sheets from the market, stuff them with chopped vegetables of your choice and deep-fry them.

Prepare crispy dal papad and top it with chopped onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle salt to taste and red chilli powder before serving.

Toss boiled corn with salt to taste, black pepper, rice flour, and cornstarch. Deep-fry them and top with chopped spring onions, onions, and coriander leaves.
