Step 1:

Take a pan and heat 2-3 tablespoons of mustard oil in it.

Step 2:

Then take fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilies, and cumin seeds, pour them in the heated oil, and fry it for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3:

Add chopped garlic in it and fry it till golden brown. Then add thinly sliced onion and fry it till it gets transparent.

Step 4:

Then add spices to the fried garlic and onion. Turn off the gas and let it all cool down.

Step 5:

After that take a bowl add 1 cup of curd in a bowl, and whisk it with water for a perfect consistency.

Step 6:

After the masala cools down, add the curd in it and gently stir it so that the curd doesn’t curdle.

Step7:

Your Jahnvi Kapoor style Himachali redu is ready, enjoy it with rice.
