In a pan, heat milk on low flame, then add sugar, shredded coconut, and condensed milk. Stir continuously.
Cook the mixture until it thickens and sticks together. Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into rectangular bars with your hands.
Place the bars on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
In a bowl, melt chocolate using a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
Dip each frozen bar into the melted chocolate, making sure they are fully covered. Let the excess drip off.
Place the coated bars back in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy your homemade coconut chocolate
