Wash and peel the beetroot.
Chop the beetroot into small pieces.
Blend the beetroot with some water until smooth.
Strain the liquid through a cloth into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix coconut oil and honey together.
Slowly add the beetroot juice to the coconut oil and honey mixture. Stir until it is combined properly.
Transfer the mixture to a small, airtight container and refrigerate for longer shelf life.
