It is more than just a fun coloured tea, it’s filled with antioxidants, also helps your body flush out toxins, and can improve your digestion.
Beetroot powder, Lemon, Water, Ginger and Honey is optional.
Boil some water in a pan then add the beetroot powder to it and let it simmer for some time.
After 10 minutes add ginger to it.
Pour the liquid into a cup, then add lemon and stir it.
You can add honey for some sweetness. Then serve it hot with some biscuits.
If you want a more regular tea taste, you can add milk to it but do it before adding ginger in the liquid.
