Dark Chocolate, Heavy Cream, Whole Milk, Powdered Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Salt
First step is to heat and melt the chopped dark chocolate along with milk in a double boiler to avoid burning the chocolate.
Take a bowl and add the chilled cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whip it properly until it’s smooth.
Now slowly and gently mix the whipped cream with the melted chocolate.
Now also add a pinch of salt and mix it properly until it’s smooth and fluffy.
Now divide the mousse into the serving glass and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Now the delicious Eggless chocolate mousse is ready, serve and enjoy.
