Easy Coconut Rose Barfi Recipe for Valentine's Day!

Ingredients

Grated coconut, condensed milk, rose syrup, cardamom powder, 1 tbsp ghee, Pink food color (optional), Chopped nuts for garnish

Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan, add grated coconut, and stir for 2-3 minutes on low flame until it releases a mild aroma.

Step 2

Pour in condensed milk and rose syrup. Mix well and keep stirring on low heat until the mixture thickens.

Step 3

Sprinkle cardamom powder and add a few drops of pink food color. Keep stirring until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Step 4

Transfer the mixture to a greased tray, spread it evenly, and press it down gently with a spatula.

Step 5

Let it cool for an hour. Once set, cut it into squares or heart shapes for a Valentine’s look.

Step 6

Sprinkle chopped nuts or dried rose petals on top. Your pink coconut rose barfi is ready—enjoy and share with loved ones!
