Easy 5 Step Recipe Of Burnt Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Rice, Garlic, Oil, Onion, Carrot, Bell Pepper, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Salt & Pepper, Red Chilli Sauce and Lemon

Step 1

First step is to wash and chop all the vegetables finely and boil the rice and keep them aside.

Step 2

Now take a pan and add some oil in it and then add the minced garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown and crisp.

Step 3

Now in the same pan add the chopped onion and cook until it's fragrant and caramelized.

Step 4

And now add the other chopped vegetables in the pan. (you can add any vegetable you like)

Step 5

Now it’s time to add the seasonings according to your taste along with all the sauces and toss it properly.

Serve

Now the fried rice is ready, garnish it with coriander and lemon juice and enjoy.
