Delicious No-Egg Banana Bread in Just 7 Simple Steps

Preheat & Mash Bananas:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes, side by side take 2 large bananas or 4 bananas and mash it completely till smooth.

Prepare dry ingredients:

In mashed bananas add half cup melted butter or olive oil, three-fourth cup sugar and 1 tablespoon or vanilla essence.

Prepare dry ingredients:

Then in a separate bowl whisk half cups flour, one tablespoon baking soda, half teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt, then mix it well.

Combine Ingredients:

Then gently mix dry ingredients in the wet ingredients until fully combined.

Add Flavor:

Stir in chopped nuts, chocolate chips or cinnamon for enhanced taste, you can add any of your other fav toppings.

Bake the Bread:

Now in a greased loaf pan add the batter and bake it 350 degrees celsius for 40-45 minutes.

Serve & Enjoy:

Now let the banana bread cool down, your no-egg banana bread is ready, now cut it into thin slices and enjoy it with coffee.
