Crispy Rava Masala Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

Rava (semolina), rice flour, all-purpose flour, curd , finely chopped onion, green chili, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, boiled potatoes, curry leaves, oil and salt

Step 1

Mix rava, rice flour, all-purpose flour, curd, salt and water. Stir well to make a thin, smooth batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, onions and green chili. Sauté, then add turmeric and mashed potatoes. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame. Lightly grease it with oil.

Step 4

Pour the batter onto the pan, spread it thin in circular motions. Cook until golden and crispy.

Step 5

Place a spoonful of the potato masala in the center of the dosa. Fold it over and press gently.

Step 6

Remove from the pan and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar. Enjoy your crispy Rava Masala Dosa!
