Mango, Heavy Whipped Cream, Powdered Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Lemon, Agar-Agar Powder
First step is to peel and chop the mangoes and blend it into the smooth puree and then add lemon juice for extra freshness.
Now take a saucepan and mix agar-agar with 2 tablespoons of warm water.
Stir the dissolved agar-agar mixture into the mango puree and mix well. Let it cool slightly.
Take a large bowl, whip the chilled heavy creamy along with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until it’s soft.
Now mix the mango mixture into the whipped cream and mix it properly until it’s fully combined.
Now pour the serving into the glasses and put it into the refrigerator 2-3 hours until it’s set properly.
Now your delicious mango mousse is ready, garnish it with fresh mango chunks and enjoy.
