Pasta, tomato puree, heavy cream, butter, minced garlic, chili flakes, oregano, salt, pepper and grated cheese for topping
Boil your pasta, drain and keep aside. Save some pasta water.
In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until golden and fragrant.
Pour in tomato puree, add chili flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
Lower the heat and add heavy cream. Stir well until the sauce turns smooth and pink.
Add boiled pasta and a little pasta water. Toss everything together until well coated.
Top with grated cheese, garnish with herbs and serve hot. Enjoy your Valentine’s Day meal!
