In a bowl add half cup chopped chocolate, coconut oil, coffee and sugar.
Heat 1 or 2 cups of water in a saucepan and lower the heat and place the chocolate bowl inside the saucepan.
Once the chocolate starts to melt stir it well and keep it aside.
Now scoop the flesh of one medium avocado in a blender with melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
Scoop out the prepared mousse in bowls or glasses.
Cover the lid with foil paper and refrigerate for an hour until cold.
Remove the lid and serve your chocolate avocado mousse chilled.
