Take one medium size beetroot wash, peel, and grate it in a bowl.
Then take a pan & saute the beetroot on low flame to enhance its taste & sweetness.
Take 1 cup of chilled curd and whisk it to a thin consistency.
Then add the grated beetroot in the chilled dahi and mix well.
Add spices like roasted cumins, a pinch of black salt, and salt for enhanced flavors
Now take a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil in it then add curry leaves, mustard & finely chopped green leaves in it. Pour this hot mixture into the curd.
Lastly garnish it with freshly chopped coriander, your alia bhatt style tasty beet-root dahi is ready.
