7 Steps to Make Veggie-Stuffed Moong Dal Chilla

Ingredients:

Moong dal, veggies (onion, bell pepper, carrot, beans), spices, oil, salt, besan, and chaat masala.

Step 1

Soak moong dal overnight, then blend it into a smooth paste with water and spices.

Step 2

Chop veggies (onion, bell pepper, carrot, beans) and sauté in oil until tender.

Step 3

Mix cooked veggies with besan, chaat masala, and salt.

Step 4

Pour moong dal paste onto a hot non-stick pan and spread evenly.

Step 5

Place the veggie mixture in the center of the chilla and fold the sides.

Step 6

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the chilla is golden brown and crispy.

Step 7

Serve hot with chutney or raita and enjoy your high protein yummy chilla !
