Start by gathering all the ingredients you need: ground chicken, onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chilies, fresh coriander, and a variety of spices.

Heat some oil or ghee in a pan, and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown. Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the onions.

Once the onions, garlic, and ginger are softened, add finely chopped tomatoes.

Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the mixture. Stir the spices well and cook for a minute.

Add the ground chicken to the spice and tomato mixture. Break the chicken into small crumbles and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add freshly chopped coriander and mint leaves to the keema for added freshness and flavor.

Once the keema is cooked and ready, garnish with more fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
