Start by cutting fresh paneer into cubes or thick slices.
In a bowl, mix thick yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt.
Add the paneer cubes to the prepared marinade and gently coat them with the mixture.
Preheat your oven or grill to around 200°C (392°F) for about 10-15 minutes.
Arrange the marinated paneer pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for grilling.
Once the paneer is grilled, take it out and garnish with freshly chopped coriander, onions, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Serve the tandoori paneer tikka immediately while it’s hot and smoky.
