Start off by mixing half tablespoon of sugar and yeast in warm water for 10 minutes.
To make the bread dough add maida, all purpose flour, salt and regular oil.
Knead into a soft smooth dough and layer the dough with oil and let it rest for 2 hours.
Now to incorporate garlic, in a bowl beat butter with oil, finely chopped garlic, oregano and chili flakes.
Now slightly punch down your prepared dough and roll it in a chapati form.
Now spread your garlic butter and roll the dough.
Lastly, bake your garlic bread for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 degrees until it turns golden.
