In a heating pan add peanuts and roast them on medium flame.
Roast them until the peanuts turn slightly black and crunchy.
Let your peanuts cool and sieve the peanuts to remove the husk.
Now to prepare the jaggery syrup, add chopped jaggery in a pan and add 2 cups of water and stir well.
Keep stirring until the jaggery thickens and the colour turns dark.
Once the jaggery achieve it's appropriate consistency add the peanuts immediately and mix it well.
Now place the chikki on a parchment paper and let it cool, and cut your chikki in bit size pieces.
