Begin by washing your dalia to remove excess dirt. Dalia is rich in fibers which would keep your stomach filling.

Add 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water to the roasted dalia.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the dalia becomes soft.
To sweeten your milk dalia, use natural sweeteners like honey or jaggery.
Add a pinch of cardamom powder or cinnamon for flavor.
Once the dalia reaches your desired consistency, remove it from the heat. Serve hot, garnished with more nuts.
