In a bowl, take half cup jaggery powder and half cup water.
Mix well and keep it aside for 30-45 minutes until the jaggery dissolves.
In an another bowl, mix half cup of whole wheat flour and half tablespoons of saunf.
Now using a strainer, strain it directly into the flour bowl.
Knead the flour with jaggery syrup and turn it into a smooth dough.
Take a medium sized ball, and roll it to a small roti.
Apply ghee on a pan and cook the roti until both sides are crispy and golden.
