start off by rising your veggies, for veggies you'll need: cabbage, onions, bell peppers, capsicums and carrots.

For The sauce add schezwan sauce, finely chopped ginger, red chilli powder, black pepper and salt.

For the pakora batter add besan, maida and cornflour.

4.)

Start adding water little by little to prepare a smooth batter.

5.)

Now mix your chopped veggies in the prepared sauce and shape into small balls.

6.)

Now cover your vegetable balls in the batter and fry them for about 10 minutes until they turn crispy.

7.)

Once your pakoras are all golden brown and crispy, serve them hot with ketchup.
