In a fresh pan boil amla ( gooseberries) for 3-4 minutes till they are soft.
After they cool down, press it to remove the seeds as they are bitter.
With sugar powder, mix amla pieces completely and let them rest overnight.
Then spread it on a tray and keep it under sun rays for at least 2-3 days until it becomes chewy.
Sprinkle chaat masala, or black salt for a little tangy-sweet taste.
Store it properly in an airtight container, so that the texture and taste remain the same.
Eat and enjoy it daily for an immunity taste boost and health.
