Boil spaghetti in a pan, add a pinch of olive oil and salt in it. Let it boil till it softens, drain it, and set aside.
Prepare the avocado sauce, in a bowl blend avocado, cream or milk, finely chopped garlic, olive oil, pepper, lemon juice, and salt and mash it completely.
Now in a pan heat this avocado sauce, don’t heat it on a high flame, else it will become bitter.
Now toss the spaghetti in the avocado sauce till it entirely gets coated with the sauce.
If you feel the pasta is too dry or thick add a little reserved water to it to make it silky and less thick.
To enhance its flavor add grated parmesan cheese, seasonings like chilli flakes or oregano, or add fresh basils.
Now immediately serve it on a plate to enjoy delicious creamy avocado spaghetti.
