Vegetables, tamarind, sambar powder, coconut, mustard seeds, curry leaves.

Soak tamarind in warm water, extract juice, discard pulp.

Boil chopped vegetables in tamarind water until tender.

Grind coconut, cumin, and chilies into a smooth paste.

Mix sambar powder, salt, and coconut paste into boiling vegetables.

Sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chilies in oil.

Mix tempering into sambar, simmer, and enjoy with rice.
