Take a pan, add butter in it then saute finely chopped garlic and sliced mushrooms until golden-brown. Also, add salt and pepper to it.
Slice the croissant in two halves, but cut it in a way that makes a pocket shape.
Now add a generous amount of mushroom filling in each croissant and grate lots of cheese in it.
Then lightly press the croissant so that it holds the filling in place and then brush the top layer with beaten eggs for crispiness.
Place the croissant on a baking tray and bake it for 8-10 minutes or until it turns golden-crispy at 180 degrees Celsius.
Now take out the tray from the oven and let the croissants cool down and also the cheese to set a bit.
Now serve it with dip, coffee, or any salad of your choice, and enjoy cheesy mushroom croissants.
