All purpose flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Sugar, Bananas, Milk, Oil, Vanilla Extract and Walnuts (optional)
First step is to Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a muffin tin and mash the bananas.
Now take a bowl and add flour along with baking powder, baking soda and salt whisk it all together.
Now take another bowl and add mashed bananas along with sugar, oil, milk and vanilla extract and stir until everything is combined properly.
Next step is to mix both the mixtures together until they are combined and don’t overmix it.
Now carefully put the batter into the greased muffin tin and you can also add chopped walnuts on it for extra crunch.
Now put the muffins in the pre heated oven and bake it for 20-21 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
Your delicious fluffy eggless banana muffins are now ready, serve and enjoy.
