Curd Rice:

A cool and comforting South-Indian dish. Temper curd with curry leaves, spices & mustard add this to warm rice.

Curd Raita:

Grate onion & cucumber, chopped green chilies. Add these grated vegetables and boondi in chilled dhai, and sprinkle salt, and cummin powder for enhanced taste. Enjoy with spicy dishes.

Curd Pancakes or Chila:

Whisk curd into your chilla batter, and add chopped vegetables to it. Also, add a pinch of Eno or baking soda for a fluffy texture in chila.

Blend your favorite & seasonal fruits in curd. Your tasty & healthy breakfast is ready.

Curd with fruit:

Top your curd bowl with nutritional fruits and drizzle some honey as a sweetener.

Beetroot Curd:

Grate beetroot, temper the curd with curry leaves & mustard seeds. Then add beetroot in the tempered curd.

Take a pan and oil, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and heat it add mustard, fenugreek & coriander seeds. Let it cool down, then whisk curd into a thin consistency and the spices into it.
