You should never drink fruit juice irrespective eat the whole fruit. During the process of making juice, fruits can lose their key ingredients and fiber, after which you will not get any benefit.

Mangoes:

Mangoes contain huge amounts of fiber which helps in the stability of blood sugar levels and digestion but a mango juice can reduce its key nutrients.

Avocados:

Avocados are rich in fiber and potassium and contain water, so it does not make sense to make a juice and then eat it, you can fully enjoy its creamy texture when you eat it as a whole.

Berries:

Berries are full of nutrients if not eaten whole or by blending, you will lose key nutrients.

Bananas:

Bananas help in digestion as they are fully packed with fiber, they contain very little juice, and making a juice out of them will not give you whole nutrients.

Coconut Flesh:

It contains fats in huge amount and doesn’t contain much water, to ensure that you enjoy it as well as get the whole nutrients, eat it as whole or blend it.

Peaches:

Peaches contain a high amount of antioxidants, the same with the skin of peach which is lost when making juice out of it.
