Phool makhana, Red chili powder, Oil, Turmeric powder, Roasted jeera powder, Amchoor powder, Chaat masala, Onion, Tomato and Coriander leaves.
Chop some onion, tomato and coriander leaves according to the quantity of your serving.
Heat a pan and add 2 tsp oil then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, roasted jeera powder and amchoor powder to the heated oil.
Mix it properly and then instantly add the phool makhana.
Let this roast on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Switch off the flame and transfer the roasted phool makhana to a wide bowl.
Add the finely chopped onions, tomato and coriander leaves to the bowl and then squeeze some lemon juice on top of it.
Mix well and your Phool Makhana Chaat is ready to serve.
