The Taliban have said hundreds of their fighters are headed to the Panjshir Valley, which is currently the center of resistance in war-ravaged Afghanistan. Ahmad Massoud of the National Resistance Front has said he wants to hold talks with the radical Islamist group but that their forces are ready to fight.
