Lock Upp Grand Finale: Munawar Faruqui lifts the season trophy

Kangana Ranaut announces that Munawar Faruqui has become the winner of the first season of 'Lock Upp'. Payal finish as the first runner-up of the Kangana Ranaut hosted show.

Kangana Ranaut eliminates Anjali Arora from the winner's race. It is now Payal Rohatgi vs Munawar Faruqui. 

Apart from Rs 20 lakhs and the winner's trophy, the winner of Lock Upp will also win a car and an all-sponsored trip to Italy. 

Kangana announces that the winner of 'Lock Upp' will also win a four-wheeler and an all-sponsored trip to Italy. 

Payal Rohatgi joins the Top 3 contestants of the show. 

Karan Kundrra to reveal the final name for Top 3. 

Tejasswi Prakash complaints Karan Kundrra spends more time on phone than with her. Tejasswi says that Karan is obsessed with his phone and he loves it more than her, which she hates about him. 

Kangana asks Tejasswi to explain what she doesn't like about her boyfriend Karan Kundrra. 

Kangana invites Jailor Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash on the stage. The duo gives scintillating performance on 'Naagin', 'Humma' and other songs. 

Kangana says that there were some love stories who could not be completed, and names - Munawar-Anjali, Munawar-Saisha, Shivam-Sara, Prince-Azma. 

Kangana invites Shivam Sharma's father on the stage and asks the father-duo to indulge in a 'jugalbandi'.
Shivam's father reveals that his son stole most of his shayaris and used it on the show, leaving everyone in split. 

Kangana calls Anjali Arora 'dark horse' of 'Lock Upp', announces that she has managed to make it to the TOP 3 of the game.  

Kangana Ranaut announces that Munawar Faruqui is the first contestant to have entered the Top 3 of 'Lock Upp' grand finale. Kangana reveals he received over 18 lakh votes.

Kangana Ranaut reveals that Prince Narula was never a contestant on 'Lock Upp'. She adds that Prince had entered as the trouble maker of the show, had signed a deal with ALTBalaji prior to entering the show.

'Dhaakad' director Razneesh Ghai previewed a new trailer of the Kangana Ranaut starrer. He says Kangana Ranaut has outdone herself in the film. "She is on fire," the director said.

Kangana Ranaut hails every contestants's journey on the show. She says that while there will be only one winner of the show, 'Lock Upp' became a successful show because of every contestant's contribution.

Prince Narula, Munawar Faruqui and Shivam Sharma took over the finale stage to perform on 'Kukkad Kamaal Da' song. Payal Rohatgi, Anjali Arora and Azma Fallah performed on 'Nadiyo Paar.'

Kangana Ranaut says, "It was my first time as a host and the kind of appreciation I have got, I am grateful and thankful. Since it was my first time as a host, having Karan by my side helped me a lot. It was smooth."

Kangana Ranaut welcomes Munawar's sister and asks her to express her views on Payal's journey.

'Lock Upp' winner to receive Rs 20 lakhs

Payal Rohatgi, Munawar Faruqui, Payal Rohatgi, Anjali Arora and Azma Fallah are fighting for the winner's title in 'Lock Upp' season 1. One of the five will be announced as the winner of the show by the end of Saturday. Apart from the trophy, the winner will receive Rs 20 lakhs as the prize money and a car.

'Dhaakad' starcast graced the stage of 'Lock Upp' on the finale day. Kangana Ranaut, along with Divya Dutta, will be seen performing 'She's on Fire' song with the contestants.

Shivam Sharma, who was one of the first contestants to secure a place in the finale, and a name for himself for his comic caper, will be seen performing with ex-contestant Sara Khan on 'Lock Upp' grand finale.
