New Delhi: Tamil Nadu schools are set to reopen from September 1 for Classes 9 and above though the lockdown has been extended till September 6 with additional relaxations. All colleges to function from September 1 on a rotational basis.
According to the order released by the Tamil Nadu government, both government and private aided schools will be allowed to conduct classes for 9 and above with strict COVID-19 protocols and teachers and other school staff will have to be fully vaccinated. Tamil Nadu government has already released SOPs that should be strictly followed by schools and students.
