Though, most of the children are being pampered by their parents in early teenage, Nepal's Gaurika Singh won the 100 meter backstroke event at Rio Olympics.

The 13-year-old, who survived Nepal earthquake, has now made her country proud by her performance in the quadrennial event.

She is also the youngest to participate the 2016 Games.
