Ajinkya Rahane and Wriddhiman Saha resume play on Day 3. Parntership 31 off 76 balls so far.

With rain expected on Day 4, Virat Kohli might want to declare innings early in case West Indian bowlers struggle to get the Indian batsmen out.

West Indies displayed a more committed performance on Day 2, which resulted in India losing five wickets in the process of securing a lead of 162 runs at the end of third day.

With Ajinkya Rahane and Wriddhiman Saha the only recognized batsmen left, it remains to be seen how far can India go against the more confident West Indian bowling attack.

The message from skipper Virat Kohli will be to see his side bat all through Day 3 and invite the opposition to play on the tricky 4th day wicket.

With Ravichandran Ashwin and co. in sublime form, Indian batsmen might not need to bat again, if a 300-plus run lead is put on board.
