Pondy University declares holiday on Monday due to incessant rain

Puducherry: The Pondicherry University will remain closed on Monday as a holiday has been declared due to incessant rain.

A release from the University said the decision to declare holiday for its offices, departments and classes was taken in view of continued rain in Puducherry and following a cyclone warning from the Meterological department.
