The police on Thursday rescued over 40 cattle from an illegal slaughter house at Dhatkidih under Bistupur police station here.

Jamshedpur: The police on Thursday rescued over 40 cattle from an illegal slaughter house at Dhatkidih under Bistupur police station here.
Police said one person was also detained during a raid there amidst tight security arrangement.
The cattle were kept on the roof and locked inside a room.
